Brennan is always professional, accommodating and respectful. He got my car in right away and had me back on the road quickly. As a military wife one of the most stressful parts of moving has been finding a trustworthy mechanic, I have had many mechanics in different parts of the country have been condescending, patronizing and tried to scam me. I really appreciate that Brennan and Bobby treat me respectfully.

Typical service from the Likis organization. PHENOMENAL!!! I came in to get fluid flushed and they found a serious problem, pointed it out to me and gave me a few options. I was back in town the next week and set up an appointment and when I get there, they were waiting on me. Really awesome!!!

We were very impressed with your facility. From the moment Brennan answered the phone, I felt relaxed and comfortable in taking our car in for service. As a first time customer, it was very important to me that the place I contacted provided great customer service. After listening to how you answer your phones and then your expressed concern to take care of the car problem was fantastic and a pleasure.My daughter dropped the Honda Accord, 2012 blue V6 in the afternoon. Within a couple of hours, you indicated you had not been able to duplicate the noise. Understandable, as the noise seems to be in the morning and not on a daily basis. Anyway, thanks for running diagnostics and being so honest! On top of that you didn’t even charge us! Can’t wait to use you again throughout the year for service. Everyone who owns a vehicle in Pensacola should try your shop! They will love the warm, friendly experience!You guys rock!

I brought my car into this shop in the last week of July because I knew I needed to get my transmission replaced. The shop tested the transmission and confirmed that was the case.I was worried about how much a replacement transmission might cost if I bought it through the shop, so I asked if I could look around online. They're totally fine with that, and Brennan was even willing to give me advice on which transmission to pick if I picked out a few online and sent them over.After reviewing my online options with Brennan, we figured out that the price the shop had quoted me for a replacement transmission was actually a good deal, especially with the warranty on the transmission itself (in addition to the parts and labor warranty). Rusty was my point of contact while my car was at the shop. He went ahead and ordered a transmission from their supplier, which they then installed and quality tested.The transmission failed the quality test.This was very frustrating, but I appreciate that they wanted to make sure they weren't giving me a bad transmission. I had been without a car for about two weeks at this point, so I went ahead and rented one while the shop waited to trade that transmission out with another one from their supplier. Rusty assured me at this point that my rental car would be covered.The shop finally got the second transmission, installed it, and that transmission failed as well. Rusty called to apologize and reassured me that the rental car would be covered. At this point I could tell that they were just as frustrated as I was about this whole situation.They tried a different supplier for the third transmission, which worked like a charm. I picked my car up this morning and it seems to be running just fine so far.They did indeed cover the full rental car cost as promised after the issue with the first transmission.I appreciate this shop's attention to detail and customer service, even when they're frustrated by things outside of their control.I especially want to thank Rusty and Brennan for giving it their best and going above and beyond in this unusually difficult situation.Thank you!
