In my opinion, Car Clinic is the best car repair and servicing shop in the area! Both my husband and I have bringing our vehicles to Car Clinic for years. The trustworthiness and work of Bobby Likis and his team can't be beat.

I brought my car into this shop in the last week of July because I knew I needed to get my transmission replaced. The shop tested the transmission and confirmed that was the case. I was worried about how much a replacement transmission might cost if I bought it through the shop, so I asked if I could look around online. They're totally fine with that, and Brennan was even willing to give me advice on which transmission to pick if I picked out a few online and sent them over. ...After reviewing my online options with Brennan, we figured out that the price the shop had quoted me for a replacement transmission was actually a good deal, especially with the warranty on the transmission itself (in addition to the parts and labor warranty). Rusty was my point of contact while my car was at the shop. He went ahead and ordered a transmission from their supplier, which they then installed and quality tested. The transmission failed the quality test. This was very frustrating, but I appreciate that they wanted to make sure they weren't giving me a bad transmission. I had been without a car for about two weeks at this point, so I went ahead and rented one while the shop waited to trade that transmission out with another one from their supplier. Rusty assured me at this point that my rental car would be covered. The shop finally got the second transmission, installed it, and that transmission failed as well. Rusty called to apologize and reassured me that the rental car would be covered. At this point I could tell that they were just as frustrated as I was about this whole situation. They tried a different supplier for the third transmission, which worked like a charm. I picked my car up this morning and it seems to be running just fine so far. They did indeed cover the full rental car cost as promised after the issue with the first transmission. I appreciate this shop's attention to detail and customer service, even when they're frustrated by things outside of their control. I especially want to thank Rusty and Brennan for giving it their best and going above and beyond in this unusually difficult situation. Thank you!

I read some of the negative reviews on here, but Bobby Likis came highly recommended from a lifelong Pensacola resident; I am glad I took a chance on him!I needed a 60,000+ mile tune-up and new battery. I knew this going in. They ID'd everything I needed and prioritized it for me in case I didn't want to buy everything at once. The desk staff was very friendly and none of the staff were at all pushy. After getting the truck back I can tell you it runs like a dream and I can't wait to put 60,000 more miles on it! I got a full fluid flush and replacement; first ever for the vehicle.Oil Change.New spark plugs; first ever.Replacement serpentine; first ever.Driving, braking, steering all have improved vastly; it wasn't cheap, but good work never is. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone.

I was planning to take my BMW to the dealership, but their lack of customer service and requirement that I purchase parts in advance was not acceptable. Bobby Likis priced parts, gave an estimate and completed the work before BMW could even get the parts. Bobby explained everything in detail and was incredibly professional, informative and kind! I appreciate the courtesy, respect and professionalism I have experienced at Bobby Likis.

After listening to this guy on radio for years from Daytona Beach, who would have thought, I would be going there in Pensacola? My electrical went on a BMW and Brennan contacted me and said it was the alternator. They said the battery was fine. I got a 3 year National warranty with that which includes labour. Can't beat that with a stick. Thanks guys.
